Era 100 - Solid Red Light - Cannot hard reset

Out of nowhere today the stereo pair of Era 100’s I had stopped working. I removed the stereo pair to reset them. But whilst I could hard reset one of them as expected, the other Era 100 will not reset. When inserting the power cable whilst holding the bluetooth button it will flash white for around a minute and then go to solid red. I have looked around the forums and can’t seem to find what a solid red light means.

Have tried restarting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling S2 app, restarting home network.
