Hi
I used to have older sonos speakers from 2013. When I upgraded my home’s wifi, the speakers no longer worked. I decided it was time for an upgrade, so I got one Era 100 and one Era 300.

Still, however, the new speakers refuse to work with my network. This is a 5 Ghz network that works with Spotify, Netflix, my work VPN. Some other details:

  • Wifi 6, 5 ghz
  • Security is WPA/WPA2-Personal
  • I have an Android device running the latest version of the app. Have also tried iPhone.

What should I look for in terms of compatibility? Something is surely off. Per this page, I should be ok:

I’d say call support, it looks like you have done everything I’d have suggested.

Only things I can think of is if you have a Guest network, Client Isolation or something similar blocking you.
