No, the only options are Wi-Fi or an Ethernet Cable.
You can simply pick up an inexpensive Ethernet Switch, move the Ethernet from your TV to the switch and add two short Ethernet cables, one to the TV and one to the Arc.
5 and 8 port switches are fairly cheap and you could use the extra ports to connect other devices in the same area to your Ethernet. I had my Sonos, TV, DVD and AVR all wired to a switch and only a single cable run back to the router.
