Quick question
To start, I am not overly technical.
I’ve never had problems with the Sonos products or app or speakers in 10 years!
BUT
Since upgrading to the Australian NBN high speed internet I am experiencing constant drop outs / lag in sound and control on a iPhone 13, along with the speakers all the time. Reinstalling the app works 90% of the time, but I have to do it a couple of times a week.
• I have 260 mbps average wifi speed
• I like to play 8 grouped speakers at once (usually)
• Have tried wired and WiFi networks, same problem either way ( and changing channels)
What am I missing?
