Configuration Play 1 in wifi Vodafone FWA

I can’t synchronize my Play 1 with the wifi Vodafone station in Italy, in the last time don’t finds the wifi, how can I to risolve this problem? thank you very much in advance.

I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble connecting your Sonos with a Vodafone router. Is this a new Sonos system you are trying to set up, or did you simply change your Wi-Fi equipment?

First I would suggest doing a quick reboot on your phone and router and try again. You can also have a look on our Support Article Connect Sonos to a new router or Wi-Fi network.
