I have a bifurcated system. Move and s1. I used to be able to connect to my sonos s1 speaker using the S1 app.

 

went on holiday retuned and can’t now. S1 app reverts to S2 app and I cannot connect to S1.

 

tried resetting app. Removed it and reloaded it.

 

still not working.

If the One has been upgraded to the S2 app, you will have to reset the speaker and downgrade it back to S1 by following the instructions in this article:
