Hi guys!


I’m tryingto finalise installation of my ERA100 into a new system. The step after the PIN identification shows me to push the forward or backward buttons on the top of the speaker while the lamp on the front shines white and green.

Unfortunately, when trying to push any of the above buttons nothing happens and the installation can’t be completed.

What am I doing wrong?

If both the forward and back buttons are highlighted blue, the picture is intending you to push both the forward and back buttons simultaneously, not just one of them.
