They made me buy a new router to my home and I can’t connect my play:3 and symfonik bookshell speakers to new wifi. The app on my iPhone does not find the speakers, it only says that can’t find a speakers.
So i reset the speakers, no help there, put a ethernet cable in and one of the speakers, play:3 starts playing, ok , that's good, but the app won’t still find it and when I unplug the ethernet cable music stops.
Elisa, finnish company says that the problem is with Sonos because my speakers are so old and the new router is new, top of the line product with 5g and 5 giga system…
What I can do next?
