Audio cutouts making my investment worthless

Could we return all our speakers for a refund since Sonos broke their system?

Is anyone aware of a class action we can join?

It’s been YEARS and they keep promising fixes that never come.  They used to work fine until the S2 software broke it all.

The audio cutouts make it unusable and the speakers are now decorative.

I literally have THOUSANDS of dollars invested now useless.

In which case are you suffering these cuts?

I suffered something similar in Apple and I changed to Amazon. Now I have other issues, but not the quality of the music.

If your problem is with AirPlay I’m still suffering in the Move 2, but not with Arc in this case 🤷🏽‍♂️

I suppose you already tried with Sonos’ support…

Search here on class actions, usually a waste of time unless you are the lawyer.

Support may help

I don’t really use AirPlay because AirPlay doesn’t find all my speakers. It’s been problematic since I went to the new version. So I only use Alexa.  But even when I use the Sonos app to play the music, it still seems to randomly cut out at different times. It’ll work fine for an hour and then all of a sudden, either the left speaker for my pair in one room or the entire room goes out or the kitchen or the one in the garage it just randomly chooses a speaker to start being problematic. And yes, I did reach out to support and they blame everything but their system or their speakers which I was kind enough to point out how it was odd that I used to work perfectly fine in S1, but that didn’t matter. They wanted me to rebuild my entire network at Home before taking accountability. I have over the span of these several years that their system has been unusable replaced every bit of my home network from the router to my Wi-Fi hub. The only thing that has given me problems is the Sonos system.
