Hi, looking for help.

  1. Something went wrong when trying to play playlist.
  2. Lag between song skip and volume control.
  3. Missing playlists even though Sonos’s have told me they should be there(not happy 10 years of playlists)
  4. Can’t find system after uninstalling app on iPhone.
  5. can I go back to Sonos’s S1 if I have first gen products ?

If this isn’t sorted Sonos’s will be kicked into touch, awful update.
