Hello.
I have two Sonos Fives.
When I connect a turntable to Sonos Five and listen to a record, there is no sound from one of the speakers. I unpaired and reconfigured, but it didn't improve. Is there any way to improve it?

Thank you for answering.

There was a problem with the cable. After changing, there was a sound from the two units.

Swap the phono leads around from the turntable and see if the issue moves to the other speaker.

Are you using a stereo cable?

Try a different device in the line in, such as a phone, to see if the same issue arises. This will help to isolate the issue

Btw. It is best to connect to the left speaker
