Updating new wifi router

I’m trying to update my SONOS 1 with a new wifi, but both the ‘check for updates’ and ‘preferences’ settings are grayed out, so how do I redirect the app to the new wifi settings?

I’ve also hard wired it with an Ethernet cable, but I’m still getting the error message that it can’t find the server  - when it doesn’t require a server as it isn’t using wifi.. smh

Do you have any other SONOS units?

The easiest plan would be to give the new WiFi the same user name and password as the old unit.
