I recently got a Sonos play 3 but for the life of me every time I go to connect it to the app to setup the app crashes what the heck do I do?? 

Which Sonos app? S1 or S2? Is the app up to date? Have you tried wiring the PLAY:3 to your router with an Ethernet cable?


And, for that matter, depending on how long it’s been since this Sonos has been updated, you may need to contact Sonos support, although I would t think it would crash the controller. 


You could try using a different phone.
