I am enjoying listening to Amazon Unlimited Music on my Sonos Move speaker on the patio. Since I can just say “Alexa, play oldies on my Sonos Move,” I am insulated from the details of the connection, but I am curious. I assume this connection takes place over my home WiFi network, but I wonder if it is possible, after my Amazon music session has been shut down, if my friend can then pair his phone (which has no Alexa app and no Sonos app) with the Sonos Move speaker. Anyone can pair their phone with the Move over Bluetooth by following these steps:

If your friend has an iPhone, he could also play audio to the Move through AirPlay 2.
