Sonos Beam gen 2 won’t connect to wifi during app setup

Hi, I have been having trouble with my Sonos beam gen 2 connecting to WiFi. Every time I try to set it up in the app I can’t make it passed the WiFi setup section. I know I’m entering the right password but it always ends up with an error message after waiting for it to connect for a couple minutes. Thank you in advance for any help.

What error message are you getting? Is there a way for you to hardwire the Beam to your router to get it setup?
