Is there a way to order a replacement grill for a Sonos Play:5 Gen 2 speaker?

No, unfortunately Sonos doesn’t sell replacement grills for its speakers.

You could look on eBay for a Play:5 being sold “for parts only” but it still might be very difficult to find as most Gen 2s are still in good working condition.
