This is more a visual issue than a “real” issue but …..maybe someone knows so here goes:

For your online profile (www.sonos.com → login) you can see all your Sonos devices you have added to your “system” over the years (My Account → System) on that email/login you have used.  It lists everything from speakers to controllers, for me it shows everything I’ve added since 2006 (ZP100) including various CR100 controllers - so everything under my email login for S1 devices.

A lot of these devices I no longer own/have due to various reasons (broken/sold on/lost/upgraded) BUT they are still showing on my online profile.

Note, these devices are *NOT* listed/showing on the S1 app anymore (expected behavior) as i no longer have them (broken/sold/lost/upgraded).

Is there any way to get these deleted/removed from my profile??

This issue is specifically for my S1 devices (and my online profile for S1).  I’ve not had to “remove” anything on my S2 profile, yet...but i suspect same issue.

Yes, realise this isn’t really an issue (?!) but thought I’d ask!

Thanks all.

Also found this thread which would suggest it is NOT possible:

Why would you want them removed?  Each one is a potential discount.

Calling Sonos support is your best hope, the forum moderators don't have access to that type of thing.

Please post back what you hear from them.

If you reset a device before you sell it, it should remove from the App immediately, if you don’t reset it it will take a couple of days before its removed from Apps cache, as the App will just thinks its offline.

Re sonos.com, you will see all devices that are registered to your account. If you have sold a device and its registered to someone else it will disappear from sonos.com ‘system’ tab.

If you have binned it, or sold it and the person you sold it to hasn’t registered it, it will remain in your sonos.com account.

You are correct, its not an issue, the newest devices will always be at top, just think of the devices at bottom as your Sonos Museum, you can refer to occasionally for nostalgia.

I should have been more specific……..I have quite a few CR controllers on the list…..no discount for them, I guess i just need to scroll past them.

Yes, it is only showing in sonos.com profile. App profile is fine, all devices that should be there are showing correctly.

Most of devices in question are CR controllers as I had quite a few of them, they certainly won’t be registered to anyone again….

Scroll on past it is then.

Nostalgia…...that is certainly a different way to look at it !!!!!

Thanks all.

Just to close this off and potentially help anyone “searching” for an answer later on….

Had a chat with support and they confirmed that it is NOT possible to remove devices from your online profile.
