Hard to tell from your post. I’d start with a three things. First, move it to another power circuit in your home, to see if it has lost power for some reason. Second, I’d also temporarily connect it to your router with an Ethernet cable, to eliminate any potential WiFi demons. If neither of those work, I’d call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
