iPad Pro, Era 300 ,S1 Samsung QLED

Spent 3 hours talking to tech support.  He had me download an app to share my screen and nothing worked.   Frustrated and clueless.  This evening I emailed the contact CEO and suddenly my Era 300 is connected to both the iPad and the tv but cannot add my S1 speakers to  the  mix.  

Spoke top soon!  It just disconnected-no kidding!  

Any advice?
