Hello, on my first account I have a Sonos One and a Play:1. On my second account I have nothing. How do I remove the Sonos One from the first account and transfer it to the second one. I’m mostly having troubles with removing the speaker from the first account .

Thanks

Factory reset the Sonos One:

Reset your Sonos product

On your mother’s phone, reset the app:

Reset the Sonos app

Unplug your Play:1 so it won’t be seen, then open your mother’s controller app and choose to setup a new system.

For what purpose?  Do you wish to have two different systems?

Exactly… The first account is for me and the second account if for my mother… I want to make it so we don’t have access to each other’s system/music
