Since the change in the app I can’t group rooms with my two Sonos One. Pops out a message that say “imposible to connect. Try again later”

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with grouping the speakers, but I do have a solution for you.
Your speakers are running different versions of our software, and that is why they are unable to group together. Please open the Sonos app and go to Settings icon » Manage » System Updates » Check for updates. Once both your speakers are up-to-date, you should no longer see this issue occur.
