Disassembling a Play 5
+1How do you remove the grill cover on the Play 5 gen 2? I had one fall off a shelf & the bass now rattles. I’d like to see if I can repair it.

The PLAY:5 gen2, and all other Sonos components for that matter, aren't designed for repair outside of our own facilities. Before attempting to open or work on any Sonos products I'd encourage you to give us a call on our support line.
Opening a Sonos player immediately disqualifies it for any warranty support, even out of warranty replacement.
