Delay playing a record to hearing the music through the speakers

I’ve just bought a Sonos amp. I’ve wired my turntables via the mixer (as conventional  mixer amp) however when I play a record there is a full 3-4 second delay to hearing anything so mixing is definitely out! Any suggestions on how to play instant time?

There is a minimum 75ms delay between Line-In and output from a player. Check your Delay setting for the player connecting the turntable.

There is no way to use a Sonos analog input in ‘instant time’. Likely one of the reasons Sonos doesn’t advertise in the DJ market.
