I have three Sonos Play 1 speakers and the sound quality on one of the three is terrible. I think the bass within the speaker has blown out or something, but the other two speakers work great. I've had the speakers for a few years now so I am not sure what sort of protection I would have. I use a connect and have the sub, 3 play 1s and a play 5. Bose has a product guarantee replacement program, does anyone know if Sonos has something similar?Overall, I have had a great experience with Sonos so I would assume so.
Sonos will often replace a unit at a reduced price if it is out of warranty. Contact their customer service by phone and see if your situation applies.
