Yesterday my Beam stopped properly responding to Spotify requests whether they were Alexa-voice requests or directly through the Spotify app. It starts to play after a LONG while then stops. The starts again. Very odd. Nothing has changed. Not having this issue with my other Sonos One

Try removing and re-adding Spotify as a music service in the Sonos app. You can also try unplugging the Beam from power for a couple of minutes.
