Another "Distorted bass on One" I'm afraid

Hi, appears this is a common one so apologies in advance.

The bass has started distorting sometimes on my One, it's not always and not necessarily on high bass music(I mostly listen to Indie/Rock/Alternative so punchy drums and bass guitar) Its been set to 90% max from the day we bought it, to protect it) and always been setup with Trueplay, then bass and treble turned up to 5 & 7 respectively.

I’ve done the usual reset and redo true play but it still does it…...is the speaker dead? If there are any Sonos tech people reading, I submitted diagnostics a few minutes after it did it quite bad recently, ref 566694998, if it helps.

Check in with Sonos support and give them that diagnostics number when you speak to them.

Check in with Sonos support and give them that diagnostics number when you speak to them.
