Another "Distorted bass on One" I'm afraid

Hi, appears this is a common one so apologies in advance.

The bass has started distorting sometimes on my One, it's not always and not necessarily on high bass music(I mostly listen to Indie/Rock/Alternative so punchy drums and bass guitar) Its been set to 90% max from the day we bought it, to protect it) and always been setup with Trueplay, then bass and treble turned up to 5 & 7 respectively.

I’ve done the usual reset and redo true play but it still does it… the speaker dead? If there are any Sonos tech people reading, I submitted diagnostics a few minutes after it did it quite bad recently, ref 566694998, if it helps.

Check in with Sonos support and give them that diagnostics number when you speak to them.
