Welcome to the Sonos Community!
Atmos is not currently supported via Music Library, so for you to test playback of Atmos without streaming it from an online source, you would need to do so via a TV with a Sonos device that supports both HDMI and Atmos - an Arc or a Beam (gen 2), with Era 300s bonded as surround sounds speakers for the best effect.
You would not be able to play the mp4 to the Eras directly.

Hi, I’m Ronan from Batiskaf Studio in France.
I’d like to check my own Dolby Atmos mixes from Pro Tools with Dolby Atmos Renderer 5.0 or from Apple Logic Pro X 10.7.7 in the Sonos Era 300.
To check them with Apple AirPods I have a multichannel mp4 audio file.
Can I check it for QC on my Sonos Era 300 ?

Does it mean one day we could check our Atmos mixes on Eras ? It’ll helps a lot, like checking on Yamaha NS10 or Auratone speakers.
