Sonos voice control with with Sonos One SL and Playbar

Hello --

I have one Sonos One speaker (voice enabled), one Sonos One SL (no mic) and two Sonos Playbars (no mic).  I’m trying to create various groups so I can ask my voice enabled Sonos One to play music “upstairs.”  This would require grouping the Sonos One, Sonos One SL and a Playbar (as an example).  Will my Sonos One group itself with my Sonos One SL and Playbar, both of which do not have mics?

Thanks.

Dave

Hi @dkmcfee,

Yes, this is possible. You can create the group by navigating to Settings → System → Groups → Create Group, select the players and name the group “Upstairs”.

Once this is saved, you’ll be able to ask Sonos Voice to play music to the upstairs group 🙂
