svc cannot recognise any playlists in the my sonos part of the app i am running android.

Thanks for the update, though the process should certainly be quicker than that. We are investigating.

I have this same problem too. I only have the one Favourites playlist, no others yet. But when I ask Sonos to play it it just plays other random songs, possibly those from my recent search list maybe.
hi corry p both sonos playlists are now recognised it seems to take several days for svc to see them.
but at least it now works.
