Sonos Speaker Not Recognizing Lutron Command

We have the Lutron Smart Bridge Pro 2 with several picos, dimmers, etc. We’ve integrated the Sonos account inside the Lutron app and it has a green check. Inside of the Sonos app, we have turned on Sonos Voice Control for the Era 100 speaker.

However, when I say … “Hey, Sonos turned main bedroom lights on” I am getting this error message from the speaker:

to enable voice control for your smart home devices, activate the Home control feature on your smart devices app

Things I’ve tried: both Lutron and Sonos are fully up to date, restarted the Lutron bridge, deleted and read added the Sonos integration to the Lutron app, deleted and re added voice control to the speaker inside the Sonos app.

Note: The Sonos speaker currently accepts Sonos’s voice commands for music. It is just not controlling any of the Lutron lights via voice command.

I’m afraid I haven’t integrated this feature, so I’m not certain what is going on. I’d be tempted to call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
