My Sonos app keeps crashing repeatedly every time I try to go to the voice control option, any tips or reason why? Also my Sonos Beam stops playing music from time to time, and I don't have WiFi issues.

Seems odd. I would call Sonos Support directly to discuss both issues, which are likely separate. 

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
