Hello,

I have 1 beam and 1 roam 2, both associate on the same sonos account.

I associate 3 spotify account. (A, B and C)

I use sonos voice control with my roam 2 and it is working, but it always using spotify account A. 

I can switch and use other spotify account (C) with sonos app, but after switch off / switch on roam 2, sonos voice control use spotify account A.

But my question is : how to set default spotify account (C)  for roam 2 ?

 

Speculation: if you alphabetically sort the SPOTIFY account names, is account A at the top of the list? Or, maybe A is the oldest account?

You can only specify one default account/service in the Sonos App. You’ll have verbally speak a different account/service to hear it on a Sonos speaker regardless of the model.

For example in the picture below my default account is Sirius XM. If I want to listen to Tidal I have to speak it’s name to my voice assistant which is Alexa for me.

However, I’m not sure how you could make the App understand the difference between Spotify A, B or C.
