Roam, Sonos Voice Control, and Pandora

A Roam as my first piece of Sonos Voice Controlled hardware.  I find that SVC works fine for controlling Sonos Radio, but not for accessing content from my Pandora account, which I have set as my default service.  All I get is “we’re having trouble connecting to your music provider, please try again later.”  I have removed and reinstalled SVC and also reauthorized access to my Pandora account from Sonos, but to no avail.  Suggestions?

I was able to solve the problem by using the Services and Voice section of the Sonos app's Settings options to remove and then (re)add Pandora.  As noted in my initial post, I did not have any luck with simply reauthorizing Pandora.

Hi @flintb, welcome to the Sonos Community!

It looks like you’ve performed all the steps I would recommend, and I’ve had a look into our services and don’t see any outages with Pandora.

In this case, I’d recommend you reach out to our support team for further assistance, as they have the tools necessary to troubleshoot this issue with you.

I hope this helps!
