At 1am, sonos started playing music out of the blue.  I generated a diagnostics code shortly after it happened, which is 1080735780.  Can you explain what happened?

Thanks,

Hi @poehler1

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

At 01:11, your Move running Sonos Voice Control interpreted a command to “Play”. As the Move is grouped with other rooms, this resulted in every room except for the Den playing the last-played item - a Sonos Radio station.

It looks like you then disabled the microphone on the Move, so you had the right idea about what might have happened.

It also looks like your Move had been listening to something for a while before deciding it had heard the “Play” command - perhaps a neighbour had a TV on a little too loud? Or, someone else was awake in the house and perhaps the command was intentional, but the grouped playback was not?

I hope this info helps you prevent this happening in the future - ungroup speakers or disable the microphone before going to bed, or give the night-owl of the house a little educating?
