Hey Sonos Won't Play Playlists

I can’t seem to play any playlist from either Apple Music or My Sonos using Voice Control.  Can using app.

Just installed new One’s and Move’s on my existing Connect and Play1 system.  Love the voice control, but something doesn’t seem right.

Removed Apple Music and reinstalled.  Also made Apple Music default.

Observation:  Within Apple Music App the playlists are shown in a typical list with a color logo for each.  Within Sonos App, under Apple Music, the playlists are shown without a logo but also not all are shown.  Under “recently added” what appears to be all the Apple playlists are shown and most have a color logo.  All this makes me think there’s a syncing issue or something.

Ideas on how to resolve?

I can’t suggest much, short of just rebooting your speakers.

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
