Netatmo Smart Video Doorbell connection with Sonos speaker not working

Hi. I have a Netatmo Smart Video Doorbell and had it connected to my Sonos speaker. I got a message via the speaker every time someone rang the door. But it stopped working. I have tried resetting/rebootingthe doorbell and taken it off Apple Home and reinstalling. I can now see it in Home (and it alters me on my phone when someone arrives, but I can’t find the doorbell when I try to automate a connect with Sonos via Home’s “New Automation” and “An Accessory is Controlled” option. Which other help instructions said would connect up the Netatmo with Sonos. Does anyone have advice on how to make this connect?

We don’t officially support Netatmo, so I don’t have any articles, support steps, or suggestions to provide you with. There doesn’t seem to be a lot online, however I did find this thread on our community which may help: 

I also saw on Reddit someone saying they were able to get their Netatmo doorbell working with Sonos via IFTTT. My reply to you will push your thread to the most recent activity, where other users who are more versed in home automation software can jump in and provide their suggestions. 

I would suggest, however, that your best bet would be to reach out to Netatmo support for further assistance.
