I have painstakingly set my alarms for specific programmes to turn on automatically. Can I share these with a (future) Sonos user to make life easier for that person (he is less tech savvy then me).

So, without knowing ‘more’, there are two answers. One is no, you can’t ‘send’ someone else a setup.
However, if that person is on your Wi-Fi already, then they would have access to your alarms merely by opening the Sonos app.
