S1 app suddenly won't open in Windows 10

It seems about a year ago people had this problem, but was it ever resolved? It started happening yesterday, if I open the S1 app on my computer it gets stuck at the logo launch. Reading other form posts. I’m able to get around it by disconnecting my network, waiting for the app to finish loading, and then reconnecting it. But it is a supper annoying work around. Has anyone actually fixed this issue?

Have you tried removing the Sonos App on your PC and downloading the latest version?  (All the data and settings are stored within each of your Sonos devices, so you won’t lose any information)  Just make sure to select ‘Connect to existing system’ when you first open the app.

AFAIK this was the color profile problem, and the workaround was to switch to a standard profile. However Micosoft eventually fixed the bug that cause the Sonos app to crash when loading the album art. What vintage Windows 10 are you running?
