Quick question

 

To start, I am not overly technical.

 

I’ve never had problems with the Sonos products or app or speakers in 10 years!

 

BUT

 

Since upgrading to the Australian NBN high speed internet I am experiencing constant drop outs / lag  in sound and control on a iPhone 13, along with the speakers all the time. Reinstalling the app works 90% of the time, but I have to do it a couple of times a week.

 

• I have 260 mbps average wifi speed

• I like to play 8 grouped speakers at once (usually)

• Have tried wired and WiFi networks, same problem either way ( and changing channels)

 

What am I missing?

Hi

First off, reinstalling the App will never fix this issue.  The Sonos set-up is stored on each Sonos device and the App is just a mechanism of accessing that set-up.  As this issue started after you change your Internet Service Provider (ISP), can you look at my article here: Tips & Tricks - Resolving random issues impacting Sonos devices.. | Sonos Community
