I need to mount the Arc above TV due to fireplace, but in general will it still sound great on a room with 30' ceilings?  FP is on the left bottom.

The Arc will still sound good but don’t expect to hear any height channel effects from the two upward-firing drivers when playing Dolby Atmos content. This requires a much lower and flat ceiling.

We have a lower and less angled ceiling and it does impact the height sound field.

The Arc still does a lot better job of filling our space than a Beam.

In that room I’d be tempted to get a pair of Subs.
