Can I connect Sonos Beam via WiFi to my home network?

Hi,

My Sonos Beam is connected via a HDMI cable to the TV. But my Router/Moden is at the other end of the flat and I cannot connect my Sonos Beam to the home network via an Ethernet cable.

Now my question is: Can I connect my Sonos Beam via WiFi to my home network?

Yes absolutely.  It does change the way Sonos works, but that may not matter.  Do you have other Sonos devices?  I am guessing not.
