After the latest Sonos update, my gf unplugged the Sonos One during the update thinking it was something wrong when thr led started to blinking and now the speaker makes a strange electronic sound and hangs up (almost like a broken record), and doesnt play any further.

I have tried to factory set the speaker without any luck.

Have never experienced this before.

Hi. You could try:

1. Power off the Sonos One. Leave rest of system on.

2  Uninstall the Somos controller app and then install it again from the relevant app store. Choose connect to existing system..

3 in the app Settings,  go to System Updates and select  Check for updates. Update if necessary. Check system is working.

4. Factory reset the Sonos One as you power it back on. Add it to system and check for updates again.
