I got the Roam yesterday, and was able to get it to work and I added other devices when I linked them to Roam. But now the other devices will no longer work on their own. When I click on the “play” icon, it immediately goes back to the square - stop - icon. Tried the computer, my iPad, nothing works without having the Roam as the primary device. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Try unplugging your Sonos devices from power for a couple of minutes and rebooting your router and phone.
