iHeart Radio is unable to play...everything is unable to play.

I’m like this close to returning all four speakers.

I have had these speakers connected for 24 hours and nothing will play from iHeart Radio, Amazon Music, and Plex*. I had one song play from Plex. Now I’m stuck in a never-ending authorization loop for Plex.

I have discovered that turning my home mains electric off is much more efficient, but I have to ask why can’t the software restart stuck processes?

Very disappointing, Sonos.

Have you called in to Sonos Support directly to discuss it? Sounds like a network issue, based on the scant information provided, but they’d be able to do some additional in depth analysis with you while you’re on the phone with them.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and network.
