When playing content that was encoded with Dolby Atmos from Netflix with the S2 app, it used to show the Atmos badge.

I just noticed this week that it doesn’t do that anymore. I have a Sony XBR CH90. Anybody else having the same issue?

Well, I figured it out. My TV setting was somehow changed to DD instead of DD+.

once I made the setting change everything was showing as expected.

Thank you for taking the time to respond to me and help me troubleshoot. 🙏🏽😊

What Atmos content are you testing? And what audio are you now getting? After starting the Atmos content, go to System > About My System in the Sonos app and scroll down to the Arc information and see what it says after “Audio In:”.

I'm playing the animated movie from Netflix “Over the Moon”, which Netflix shows as VISION ATMOS.

And, the first time we watched this movie (a month or so ago) the Sonos app showed the ATMOS logo right next to TV.

Now when I play the same movie there is no ATMOS logo alongside TV.

System Info for Audio In shows Dolby Digital 5.1.

Have you checked your Netflix account to make sure you still have the Premium subscription?
