We have a Sonos One, and initially when we set up, it would always play the Radio Station that we asked for with no issues.
A few days ago, when we requested a Radio Station (“Heart FM”) it just refused to play the station and wouldn’t do anything.
After a reboot today, I again tried “Heart FM” but to no avail. I then tried just “Heart” and it started playing just songs. In the end, it finally accepted “Heart UK”.
Has anyone else experienced this odd behaviour by Alexa on Sonos?

If you open the Alexa App>Settings>History does Alexa hear you correctly with each of the commands that you have tried?
