I've just added an Echo Dot to my system so see how it works. I usually listen to BBC 6Music in the kitchen and having trouble with this.
If I select BBC6Music from the Sonos app I get a nice clear stream called "BBC Radio 6 Music". If I ask Alexa to "play 6 music in the kitchen" it starts a stream called "225.648 BBC Radio 6 Music UK" which is awful quality and keeps dropping out. Its not network issues as I can switch to the good stream from the app and it works perfectly.
Is there a way to get Alexa to choose the stream I want? Any favourites function?

+21Raise as a fault through Amazon app feedback form. I had issues with getting BBC Radio London to play and they sorted it in a few days.
+21You can also try the Radio Player App for alexa which is a little better.
