Sonos and Windows Media Player

I’m trying to help my dad with a problem. His Sonos system has been working for years. Suddenly, when selecting music from his “Favorites” playlist in Windows Media Player, Sonos gives us a message essentially saying the folder doesn’t exist. However, it DOES exist. The path provided by Sonos is the path where the folder resides. Has anyone had this issue or have any ideas of what we might try. We’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Sonos.

Where is this folder? It’s feasible the folder location needs to be ‘reset’ in the Sonos software.

Remember, most of Sonos software exists on the speakers, the software you use to ‘see’ what is going on is just showing you what happens on the speakers, very little information is stored on the controller device.
