Hard to guess. Sonos certainly doesn’t advertise themselves as being for the hard of hearing, nor make any special accommodations for that audience.

They do, however, have a purchase and return policy, you could certainly try them out, and return them within the designated period if it didn’t help. 

The Sonos sound bar that produces the loudest and clearest dialog is the Arc Ultra. You could even add a pair of Sonos Ace headphones so you can play TV audio from the Arc Ultra directly to your headphones.

The ultra and beam both have the speech enhancement feature but leaning towards the ultra with 5 speakers but if no audible difference I could be wasting my money.

i do have apple airpods which are linked to my hearing problem so I could also wear them if it helps.  Is it possible to add these by bluetooth

No, Sonos doesn’t ’send’ Bluetooth signals, it only receives them (on specific products). 

Does your TV offer Bluetooth output?

Hi Buzz yes it does.  However I linked my air pods and the sound very good my problem was when I changed the tv system to normal speaker plus AirPods the sound quality dipped.

I know I can use my pods all the time but what a pain and battery life .

Thank you 106rallye I’ll look into them.  I have had the problem for years but as you may know you don’t realise how bad your hearing really until it hits you.   I’m so lucky it’s still easy to live with.
